  • SAVE UP TO $5 PER ROOM WITH THIS VALUE PACKAGE! This full-feature package ensures guests' satisfaction by including Guest Direct tech support, equipment coverage and internet/ISP monitoring. This value package provides Network Monitoring and Reporting as well as our NOC (Network Operation Center) troubleshooting. Our NOC also offers quarterly reports regarding all reported site concerns, i.e. call volume, obsolete equipment and coverage. The Complete Support Add On has an initial fee of $25 per device for set up, configuration and mapping.

  • The InRoom Premium Bundle comes with Guest Direct tech support. Next to their room telephone, each guest has a Toll-free number for direct assistance from InRoom Connections Tech Support. This direct communication with our technicians takes away any extra time and hassle for the front desk staff and frees it up for more pressing matters, for daily maintenance of the hotel and most importantly, to ensure your guests' satisfaction.
  • Round-the-Clock ISP Monitoring and Managing

  • The InRoom Premium Bundle comes with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year complete monitoring of the Internet Service Provider and gateway device. This kind of non-stop monitoring allows you and your guests to feel secure with complete guest isolation. There is a one-time set up fee of $300.
  • Front Desk Tier 1 Tech Support

  • QuickConnect Tech Support Plan includes Front Desk Tier 1 Support. With just a standard phone number, your front staff will call and connect the guest to the advanced technician on the other end. If a guest choses to call our technicians themselves, they may do so at any time for $0.50 per minute.
  • This plan includes one hour of troubleshooting per month from our Network Operation Center (NOC) support. Additional support is available for $20 per 15-minute session. $899 set up charge - includes reprogramming gateway, monitoring setup and support database setup.
